Have the cable set to the lowest setting and attach a rope.
Standing in front of the cable and facing the other way, reach down between your legs to grab the rope. Stand up with it.
You can bend your knees and lean forward a bit if you’d like when performing this exercise.
Raise the rope out in front of you until it gets to face level or a bit higher. You can keep your arms completely straight or have a slight bend in your elbows. Focus on using your front deltoids.
