Knee Hug Glute Stretch

Muscles Involved: Glutes and piriformis

Instructions

  • Sit on the floor with your legs out straight in front of you.
  • Cross one leg over the other with your knee bent.
  • Grab the bent leg with both arms and pull the leg in towards you – as if you’re hugging your knee.
  • The closer your knee is to your chest, the more intense the stretch will be.
