Cable Front Raise with Rope
Exercise Instructions
- Have the cable set to the lowest setting and attach a rope.
- Standing in front of the cable and facing the other way, reach down between your legs to grab the rope. Stand up with it.
- You can bend your knees and lean forward a bit if you’d like when performing this exercise.
- Raise the rope out in front of you until it gets to face level or a bit higher. You can keep your arms completely straight or have a slight bend in your elbows. Focus on using your front deltoids.
- Slowly lower it back down.
